I would have given this 5 stars except -every **** recipe- is followed by a big red sign that say "AREN'T YOU GLAD YOU DIDN'T DEEP FRY?". I am 3/4 through this cookbook and this is driving me nuts. 100+ recipies = 100+ times you have to see that stupid big RED ALL CAPS message.EDIT: To be fair, not every recipe. I just got into the desserts and I don't see the BIG RED NOTE. So, just every recipe that might be a modification of a dish was was originally fried. Still, annoying.On the plus side, the recipes are simple enough, varied and low sodium (Yes!) with enough gluten-free recipies to hopefully add some variety to my usual meals.If you like pictures in your cookbooks so that you know what to expect from a finished recipe, only one recipe per chapter in this book is presented with a picture.
Terrific recipes adapted for use with any air fryer. Made the Crispy Mustard Coated Pork several times and it is now a family favorite. Easy to follow directions. Recipes use healthy choices for ingredients. Would have liked more photos of the finished dish but most cooks won't find this necessary. A super cookbook for the price.

I was looking for really really easy recipes. It has some. Overall its good to have. Many tips included and the direction on the recipes are easy to follow.
Hopefully weight loss will be a benefit..lots of vegetable air fryer options. Great book to have if your have an air fryer.
I gave it as a gift With the new air fryer. I heard it has excellent recipes. EAsy to follow. LOts of ideas. Low salt....low fat....healthy recipes. THe key word being healthy. ANy diet can be a difficult change but I thought this was genius in helping with the transition. KATHY
Not very good recipes probably won't use at all.
